As a group comes together there is usually a distinct set of stages which the group will go through: Forming. Storming. Norming. Performing, and ending. These stages are usually characterised by changes of behaviour in the group towards one another. We will now look at these stages and how to work with each of them. More important than all of the ideas around group dynamics is the fundamental that each member of the group feels part of the group, heard and validated.
