The final session is about considering how living life well isn’t just about repairing the things that have gone wrong, but also having a considered maintenance schedule and what this might look like. For this the two exploration exercises comprise: Exercise 1: Taking an audit of our current life patterns to identify those we like and those we don’t. Exercise 2: Using a positive psychology approach to re-enforce the patterns we have which are useful and we want to maintain and build. Our two tools are: Creating a rule for life. An exploration of a traditional tool used by monks to plan an intentional approach to life. Finding fuel for the journey. Considering the resources we can access to maintain a life lived well.
